  Do not use their webstite, the order will not get to them. And don't expect them to respond to you on the phone either! Ordered a pizza online, and received a confirmation email saying the pizza would arrive in 45 minutes. When the pizza was not there an hour and a half later, we called the restaurant to enquire, and they responded that they had never received our order. They then put us on hold, and never got back to us with a suggestion/explanation. After multiple subsequent phone calls (which they did not answer), we finally got a hold of someone who told us once more that the order did not go through to the restaurant. They then DECLINED to take our order by phone!!!! They insisted we make a second online order despite the fact that the payment had already been debites from our bank account. Let's just say this is the last time I will be ordering from Nancy's Chicago Pizza.
